A road safety and automotive industry expert has joined a major tyre company’s senior management team.
Stuart Jackson has been appointed as business development director for Bridgestone – the world’s largest tyre manufacturer, in a strategic move for the firm.
Stuart will work in support of all departments in Britain and Ireland, as well as the Nordic countries of Finland, Denmark Sweden, Iceland and Norway. He will also oversee the delivery of a range of major projects as part of a process to transform the sales and profitability of the well known brand.
He will report to managing director Robin Shaw, who is excited and very positive about what the appointment means for 2016 and beyond:

“He brings many core strengths to the business which allow us to focus on planning, corporate change management and project implementation.

Stuart will continue in his industry role as Tyresafe Chairman.
