Jaguar have been named ‘Best Brand’ in the What Car? JD Power customer satisfaction survey for the third year running.
According to the survey, Jaguar’s accolade, which it shares this year with Lexus, came as a result of the company’s high ratings for styling, comfort and reliability, as well as insurance cost and dealer facilities.
Opinions of over 15,000 car owners
The survey was based on the opinions of over 15,000 car owners in the UK, who rated a total of 109 different car models from 27 brands. Of these, the Jaguar XF finished 10th in the survey, and was rated as one of the best executive class cars in the survey.
Jim Holder, What Car? Editor-in-Chief, said: “It is great to see Jaguar rated so highly by customers in the company’s home market. The XF is Jaguar’s best-selling model and it is easy to see why, customers gave excellent ratings across styling, comfort and reliability”.
