Alfa Romeo launches limited time plate change discount

The current offer for the Mito supermini and Giulietta hatchback apply from now and up until 18 March 2013 on retail sales only.

The Alfa Romeo Mito with the £500 discount will start from just £12,000, while the Giulietta starts at £17,260 with the same discount.

Other incentives applied to Alfa Romeo models until this date includes one for the Mito Sportiva model, to include £1,500 worth of specification for just £250 extra on the three-door hatchback.

Meanwhile for the stylish five-door Giulietta Sportiva range, Alfa Romeo is offering its customers £3,000 worth of specifications for just an additional £1,000.

With an official fuel consumption of up to 64.2mpg, buyers of a new Alfa Romeo Giulietta can also benefit from a £2,000 manufacturer deposit towards a Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance deal. This particular offer is valid up until 31 March 2013.

Both the Alfa Romeo MiTo and Giulietta are also currently available with a five-year warranty and boast five star Euro NCAP safety ratings.

The Alfa Romeo Mito range includes a variety of engines to choose from, such as a 78bhp 1.4-litre petrol unit for the most basic specifications. The Mito range also offers a 1.4-litre MultiAir petrol unit with outputs ranging between 105bhp to 170bhp.

For the most efficient running there’s also an 85bhp 0.9-litre TwinAir turbocharged petrol unit and a 1.3-litre JTDM-2 diesel unit with the same output. Both engines produce less than 100g/km in CO2 emissions.

Standard equipment on the Alfa Romeo Mito includes air conditioning, a CD player and electric windows.

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta also has a variety of engines on offer to buyers, including 1.4-litre petrol units with outputs of 120bhp or 170bhp. The Giulietta also offers 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre JTDM-2 diesel units. The 2.0-litre diesel can produce 140bhp or 170bhp while the 1.6-litre diesel produces 105bhp.

The 1.6 diesel is also the most efficient unit within the Giulietta, returning the fuel consumption figure of 64.2mpg and 114g/km in CO2 emissions.

Equipment which comes standard for Giulietta models includes fuel-saving start-stop engine technology, front and rear electric windows and air conditioning.
