More than half of the list of nominees includes Perrys brand vehicles such as the Alfa Romeo 4C sport car, a £40,000 two-door coupe which is set to boast 230bhp from a 1.8-litre petrol engine. There also the Citroen DS3 Cabrio, a convertible version of the popular hatchback and the Renault Zoe, a zero emission electric supermini which is available to reserve now from Perrys Renault Dealership in Aylesbury.
Other competitors for the prize include the Chevrolet Trax compact SUV, which will be sold from spring next year in two trim levels, and with an engine range that includes a 1.7-litre diesel which emits just 120g/km in CO2.
The Trax joins the list alongside the Fiesta-based Ford Ecosport mini-SUV, which will rival similar sized models like the Nissan Juke and Vauxhall Mokka.
Another potential award winner is the Vauxhall Cascada, a full-size four-seater convertible which goes on sale in the UK from April 2013 at Perrys Vauxhall Dealerships.
These names are up against other highly anticipated models of different kinds, from some of the biggest and most premium manufacturers in the market.
With cars including the BMW i3 electric city car, the Mercedes-Benz CLA four-door coupe and the McLaren P1 hypercar all included as well, the field of entries for the most exciting car of 2013 award makes very interesting reading.
Current and new cars for 2013, including many of the models on the most exciting car of 2013 nominee list, will be available to order from Perrys Dealerships based nationwide across the UK.
