The news comes as Seat looks to introduce the Exeo Ecomotive model to the market. The Seat Exeo Ecomotive can be ordered from dealerships now, and is available from £20,040 on the road.
The Exeo Ecomotive has a 2.0 litre TDI common rail diesel engine with a six-speed manual gearbox, producing 120PS and 143PS in two different tunings, both of which emit an impressively-low 117g/km of CO2. The Exeo Ecomotive also has fuel economy figures of 62.8mpg.
Start/stop technology, an energy recovery system, low-rolling resistance tyres and more combine to make the Ecomotive the cleanest Exeo model currently available. Buyers will also be able to enjoy tax savings – the Exeo Ecomotive sits in VED Band C, reducing an annual tax bill from £100 to £30 a year.
SEAT product manager, James Buckell, is excited about the Exeo Ecomotive, saying, “The day-to-day financial benefits are obvious in terms of improved fuel economy and reduced CO2 emissions, leading to cheaper annual VED, but it also means that the Exeo becomes an even stronger proposition for fleet and business users, by lowering its BIK rating significantly.
“And the fact that the Ecomotive is available with all the Exeo’s usual, highly specified trim levels makes it even more enticing for buyers.”
The Seat Exeo Ecomotive is available to buy from Perrys Aylesbury Seat dealership.
