The Fiat 500 takes centre with Jennifer Lopez

Fiat announced its collaboration with the musician Jennifer Lopez earlier this year, which saw the Fiat 500C/Fiat 500 by Gucci models appearing in one of her music videos and two American television advertisements.

Olivier Francois, CEO of the Fiat brand said: “The Fiat brand is honoured to share the stage with Jennifer Lopez at the 2011 American Music Awards. Her drive and determination is the common thread that is shared with the brand and our philosophy of Life is Best When Driven”.

The Fiat 500Gucci is a stylish edition to the 500 range and is available in black and white, each with a glitter finish. It also has 16″ alloy wheels with retro spoke design. Each exterior colour has an interior design to match with things like a velvet effect-finish on the radio panel and two-tone Frau Leather seats with Gucci print.

The Fiat 500 is also available with a new economical TwinAir engine, which recently secured Fiat the 2011 GreenFleet Awards City Car Manufacturer of the Year.

This TwinAir air engine is a two-cylinder 0.9-litre petrol which gives off CO2 emissions of just 95g/km and a combined fuel economy of 68.9mpg.

Francois added: “This appearance allows us to continue to expose the Fiat 500 to a wide demographic. These past few days have been momentous for Fiat as we have recently revealed the new Abarth 500 at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show.”

Fiat 500 prices start from just £9,900 OTR. Fiat vehicles are available from Perry’s Portsmouth, Amersham and Aylesbury dealerships.
