Starting from the 10th November and lasting until the end of the month, Chevrolet has cut £6,000 off the price of the seven-seat Chevrolet Captiva.
The offer applies to the 2.2-litre diesel version in LT specification – the middle of three equipment levels available with the large 4×4.
The Chevrolet Captiva price has dropped from over £27,000 to £21,695 for the duration of the offer, the biggest Chevrolet discount available in 2011.
As a middle-range version, the Chevrolet Captiva LT comes with plenty of equipment include electronic climate control, Bluetooth, rear parking sensors and a sound system including a CD player and radio.
The car also comes with 17″ alloy wheels, automatic headlights and seven seats in three rows. The seats can be folded to create more storage space inside the large SUV if needed to create up to 1,577 litres of boot space.
The Chevrolet Captiva 2.2-litre diesel comes with the option of a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission in the UK.
The large SUV delivers CO2 emissions of just 174g/km and combined fuel consumption of 42.8mpg.
Chevrolet will also offer up to £2,500 off a Chevrolet Cruze hatchback, the new model launched in summer 2011, and up to £2,000 off the list price of the Chevrolet Spark, the five-door city car introduced to the UK in 2010.
The offers, says the American car maker, is being offered in the run-up to Christmas instead of the afterwards because it ‘has never been a brand to do things conventionally’.
