To celebrate what the manufacturer is calling the ‘Big Event’, Vauxhall will cut prices of models such as the Astra, Zafira and Meriva between 15 April and 30 April.
Offers will include discounts £2,500 off a Vauxhall Agila city car (£7,795), and over £6,000 discounted from the seven-seat Zafira MPV – from £19,757 down to £13,595.
Other offers include thousands off a new Vauxhall Corsa, updated for 2011 with a new front end and some new exterior and interior colour choices.
The five-door Vauxhall Astra hatchback features a £3,355 saving on Active models and the Insignia saloon is also subject to one of the 16 deals in the countdown to the wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton.
As the largest van manufacturer in the UK, Vauxhall will extend the offers to its van range, where the Luton-built Vivaro is available at low monthly payment rates.
All vans in Vauxhall’s range include zero per cent interest, free servicing, warranty and AA-based Vauxhall Assist Cover for four years.
Finally, existing Vauxhall owners are being offered one year’s free Vauxhall Assist Cover when they bring their car in for its annual service during the 16-day period.
The range of offers begins in Vauxhall dealerships from the end of this week, and run right up to the date of the Royal Wedding.
The discounts coincide with several new and updated models in the Vauxhall range, including a new facelift for the Vauxhall Corsa and the introduction of Start/Stop technology in the new Vauxhall Astra hatchback and Sports Tourer versions.
