Fiat will make 300 models of the 500C Pink supermini available in the UK ready for the summer, with orders being taken now for the limited edition model.
Featuring the 1.2-litre engine from the 500 range, the 500C comes in Pop specification and boasts 16" alloy wheels, chrome trim, leather steering wheel and gear knob, pink key cover and Blue&Me multimedia system as standard.
The 500C Pink costs £1,200 more than the regular 500C, although Fiat claims it comes with £1,870 worth of extra equipment.
"We reacted to customers’ requests earlier this year when we gave them the 500 Pink, and I believe we will find a new group of fans with the 500C version of this limited edition car," says Elena Bernardelli, marketing director at Fiat.
The drop-top features a folding roof for summer days and a conspicuous pink colour scheme. Fiat, rightly, state the car is aimed at people who wish to stand out from the crowd.
Up against small superminis and city cars such as the highly customisable Mini, Fiat has now released a number of Fiat 500 limited editions, including the 500byDiesel and Fiat Pink.
