Nissan has agreed a three-year partnership to sponsor Sky Sports’ FA Premier League (FAPL) coverage, starting with its biggest ever season from 13 August.
As part of the agreement Nissan will become the exclusive weekend sponsor of Sky Sports’ Premier League action including every game shown on Saturday lunchtime as well as all the games that form Sky Sports’ celebrated Super Sundays. In the Republic of Ireland, this also means games broadcast on Saturday at 3pm.
In addition to live TV, Nissan will be the sole sponsor of all the Premier League previews, reviews, editorial articles, stats, facts and figures on Sky Sports.com. Sky Sports is the number one digital destination for sport in the UK.
The partnership is another example of Nissan’s ever increasing involvement in football, which also includes their global sponsorship of the UEFA Champions League. As part of their promise to offer ‘innovation that excites’ Nissan is able to bring excitement to thousands of football fans around the world, via exclusive assets such as Goal of the Week and the chance to be a Centre Circle Carrier during matches.
Nissan is also the global automotive partner of City Football Group which includes Manchester City FC.
