Perrys Motor Sales have achieved three wins and were shortlisted for a fourth at the highly prestigious 2015 AM Awards held last night at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre. Perrys’ Chief Executive Ray Sommerville also received an individual accolade on the night.
The wins were for Best Social Media Campaign, Best Use of Television and/or Video, which was a new category for 2015, and Digital Initiative of the Year. As if that wasn’t enough, Perrys also reached the final shortlist in the Best Dealer Website category.

The AM Awards are recognised as the main benchmark to measure performance in the industry and are seen by many as the Oscars of the automotive world. Lee Manning, Digital Marketing Manager for Perrys, was delighted to collect the awards at the black tie event and said: “Our customers are our number one priority, and it’s this focus that has driven the innovations we’ve made across our digital platforms.”

Business Leader of the Year
Ray Sommerville, Chief Executive for Perrys was awarded the title of Business Leader of the Year for the positive impact he has had on the company and the wider industry over the last twelve months.
Perrys will have to make room in their bulging cabinet trophy as they’ve already won a clutch of awards over the last twelve months. These include Used Car Dealer Group of the Year and Social Media User of the Year at the Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards, eBay Motors Dealer Group of the Year and an award for National Dealer Group of the Year from Motability Operations
