Citroen reveal new Special Edition DS3 Noire

Citroen have revealed their third Special Edition DS3 designed in partnership with Benefit Cosmetics, the DSign Noire.

The new DS3 will join the other two models produced in collaboration with the cosmetics company. They include the DSign by Benefit, which was inspired by the company’s Benetint lip and cheek stain, and the DStyle by Benefit, inspired by They’re Real!, Britain’s biggest-selling mascara product.

The new DS3 DSign Noire by Benefit is inspired by, and launched in conjunction with Benefit’s latest product, They’re Real! Gel Liner.

Citroen Fast and Fabulous

To welcome in the latest DS3 debutante, Citroen and Benefit held a special ‘Fast and Fabulous’ race at Silverstone. Here the new cars were put through their paces by a team of  six beauty bloggers.

The DSign Noire follows on from the original DSign by Benefit and features the same 1.2-litre VTi powertrain as its predecessor.

However, the Noire has a chic and bold style that’s designed to stand out from the crowd with 17-inch black alloy wheels and matching Perla Nera Black metallic bodywork.

Coupled with sports seats and a unique grey fishnet graphic design on the roof, Citroen claim that the DS3 Noire will be ‘the little black dress of the car world’.

The new Noire will also feature colour schemes and finishing touches inspired by Benefit’s range of fun and fashionable make-up products. This includes the addition of specially-coloured Benefit Orange door mirrors and wheel centre caps to accentuate and complement the black bodywork.

Benefit’s iconic ‘Gabbi’s head’ logo will be present in the car, featured in grey on the B-pillars and on the gloss black dash board. The car’s rear comes with a Benefit badge, while the black floor mats and sports seats, which feature Alcantara suede, will be finished with Benefit Orange piping and a Benefit logo.
