Renault is this May launching a promotion which could see UK new car buyers save over £1,000 when choosing one of several of the French manufacturer’s current models.
The offers are applicable to most of the models in the Clio, Captur, ZOE, Megane and Scenic ranges. Each is available with a deposit contribution of £1,000 for private buyers.
Adding extra appeal for customers is an additional £250 deposit contribution on the best-selling versions of each Renault car ordered during this month and registered by 30th June 2014.
These savings also come included with the availability of Renault’s 4+ after sales care package, worth at least £1,000. The award-winning package includes four year/100,000 miles warranty and roadside assistance.
Even better, those who buy through the same scheme will also benefit from a £500 contribution from Renault towards the purchase of their next model in the range too.
The Renault Range
With so many highly-rated new cars available under the new deposits, Renault will surely be confident of tempting a lot of new buyers to showrooms over the next couple of months.
The Clio supermini remains the best selling new model in the Renault range and blends highly-appealing styling with efficient and practical driving. Current pricing for the Clio, before any deposit contribution, currently starts at £10,795.
The Captur meanwhile, launched during the summer of last year, is a Clio-based compact crossover SUV which matches MPV-level practicality with the driving pleasure of a hatchback.
Renault’s ZOE is another supermini model but unlike the Clio this is an all-electric car delivering incredibly low running costs. The ZOE returns an official travelling range of up to 130 miles (or 64 to 92 miles in real world tests) with its powertrain run on an 88bhp electric motor. The ZOE has already sold over 10,000 units across Europe and it currently holds around a 40 per cent share in the European electric vehicle market.
The Megane and Scenic, both also benefitting from Renault’s new deposit contributions, are both trustworthy and very practical family cars which come with a large specification choice.
For the start of this year Renault facelifted the entire Megane range which includes Coupe, Hatchback and Sport Tourer estate bodystyles. Along with the facelift Renault also updated the Megane line-up with a series of engine and equipment changes.
There are five engines available for the latest Megane line-up including a 109bhp 1.5-litre diesel unit. This returns a combined fuel economy of up to 80.7mpg and CO2 emissions of just 90g/km – meaning free Vehicle Excise Duty.
