This year Goodwood will welcome a host of debutants at the 2013 Moving Motor Show.
The line up will include exciting new cars which have arrived or will soon arrive to Perrys Dealerships nationwide.
Amongst the debutants for this year show there will be presence from Citroen, Dacia with the Sandero, the Ford Fiesta ST and new Nissan Nismo brand models including the 370Z Nismo and Juke Nismo.
Further debutants at this year’s Moving Motor Show include the Peugeot 2008, the Renault Captur and Renault Zoe, the Seat Ibiza Cupra and the new Seat Leon SC.
The Moving Motor Show is today an important and regular addition to the Festival of Speed each summer, giving new car buyers the unique opportunity to enjoy an exclusive motor show preview day.
Not only will they be able to see the very latest new car models on display, but in some cases also climb aboard and experience the vehicles first-hand, strictly at the prior invitation of the participating manufacturers.
The cars will undertake hundreds of runs on a special evaluation route that includes the world famous Goodwood hillclimb, following in the wheel tracks of celebrated racing drivers from Sir Stirling Moss to Sebastian Vettel.
The Festival of Speed has grown to become Britain’s largest annual automotive exhibition, attracting in excess of 185,000 visitors in 2012. Building on this, the Festival has increasingly been used by vehicle companies to debut important new models – with over 35 appearing for the very first time in the UK in 2012
Additionally, the FoS-TECH technology zone offers manufacturers an opportunity to present their latest environmentally-considerate concepts.
The Supercar Run and First Glance have become a key attraction at the Festival, enabling manufacturers to showcase their latest exotica in action. For this year, expect to see the dynamic world public debuts of the McLaren P1, Vencer Sarthe, Alfa Romeo 4C, Toyota GT86 Roadster, Range Rover Sport, VUHL 05, along with many, many more.
All visitors to the 2013 Moving Motor Show, presented by RAC Cars, will also be able to gain free access to the expanded Goodwood Aviation Exhibition, re-located this year next to the MMS, along with all of the other event attractions with Goodwood Park, including the Cartier ‘Style et Luxe’ concours d’elegance, the F1 and motorcycle paddocks, the Supercar paddock, and much more.
