Nissan creates one-off Batman-style Juke

The Dark Knight Rises was one of the most popular films at the Box Office this year.

And now Nissan and Warner Brothers have teamed up to provide one lucky winner with a specially-made Nissan Juke Nismo that wouldn’t look out of place in the Batcave.

Nissan has built a Batman-themed car which can be won by one lucky driver if they enter a competition on Nissan’s Built to Thrill website.

Painted in matt black, the car is decorated with the Batman logo inside and out, with reflective logos on the seats, and badges on the grille and tailgate.

A shark-fin antenna replaces the car’s standard aerial, while incredible downlighters display the Batman symbol on the floor area around the doors. An uplighter is also able to do the same inside, projecting the symbol on the interior headlining.

Black 18-inch Nismo alloy wheels are also available on the car with stunning red detailing. Its phenomenal looks are complemented by a 200PS 1.6-litre turbocharged engine which is able to go from 0-62mph in 7.8 seconds.

It’s a one-off model that can only be won by one person, with people having until the 28th February to enter. A winner will be announced early in March.

The car is based on the Nissan Juke Nismo. Orders are available for the Juke Nismo from January next year, with prices and specifications due to be announced closer to the time.

Nissan is looking to produce Nismo versions of the majority of its models. The Nismo range will be based on the Japanese giant’s motoring heritage. Nismo models will be sportier, feature better performance, have better handling and more.

The Nissan Juke is currently available from £13,595 OTR.
