Pre-orders for the Dacia Sandero, which Dacia has described as “shockingly affordable”, open from Monday 22nd October. Deliveries are expected toward the end of January 2013.
The Sandero supermini is available in three versions: Access, Ambiance and Laureate. A number of options are available to add to the low-priced model, including touchscreen technology, leather upholstery and more.
Two accessory packs will also be available. Buyers will have the option of three engines, including Dacia’s new three-cylinder 0.9 TCe 90 petrol and 1.5 dCi 90, both with ECO mode. The Dacia Sandero will be available with five and seven-year extended warranties.
The five-door Sandero is able to comfortably seat up to five people, with the entry-level model available with a number of specific features including power steering, 15-inch steer wheels, 60/40 split-folding rear seats, daytime running lights and more.
Safety features included on the Dacia Sandero include ABS brakes, electronic stability control, driver, passenger and front side airbags, ASR traction control and more.
The Dacia Sandero is also able to offer incredible practicality for its low price, boasting one of the largest boots in its class at 320 litres, which expands to 1,200 litres with the rear seats folded.
One of the most attractive features on the Dacia Sandero is its seven-inch MediaNav system, available on the Laureate model for an extra £250 (inc. VAT). The system features an AM/FM/LW radio, satellite navigation, USB and AUX connectivity, Bluetooth and steering column-mounted controls.
The Dacia Sandero is available in a number of colours, including a stylish white model with contrasting black bumpers, door mirrors and handles.
