Fiat signs 'hot new deal' with Currys PC World

The new £600,000 deal will see 50 of Fiat’s popular vans join the fleet of delivery and pick-up vehicles for the Currys PC World team.

These 50 Fiat Professional vans consist of the Doblo Cargo Maxi, one of Fiat’s most lucrative and practical multi-purpose vehicles.

Martin James, managing director, VMS Fleet Management Ltd, said:

“The Doblo Cargo Maxi was chosen for its excellent fuel economy and low CO2 emissions, as well as the 1000kg payload. It was also useful that the vehicles came straight from the factory in black, as this was the colour Currys PC World requested.”

As Currys PC World specializes in items such as fridges and washing machines, a practical form of transport is vital to making its business run. This is where the Fiat Doblo Cargo Maxi’s 1000kg payload capacity and 4.2 cubic metres of interior storage space comes in handy.

The Doblo Cargo Maxi also offers a frugal 1.6-litre MultiJet diesel engine, which sits alongside an extensive equipment range which offers ABS anti-lock brakes, electric windows, air-conditioning and headlamp washers.

Sebastiano Fedrigo, director of Fiat Professional, commented on how the Doblo’s range offers a great combination of practicality, versatility and value for money, which makes it a perfect choice for a leading household name like Currys PC World.

Fiat Doblo Cargo prices start from just £12,365.

Fiat vehicles are available from Perrys Fiat dealerships.
