Mazda has announced that its special edition models will now be available for company fleets, ultimately giving fleets a new stylish edge.
Mazda is well known for its stylish special edition models, with each offering a unique rendition on some of its most popular models – including the Mazda MX-5 and Mazda 2. Mazda is now making these vehicles available for company fleets.
Available special edition models to fleets will now include the Mazda MX-5 Kuro and the Venture range, which offers special edition versions of the Mazda 2, 3 and 5.
Mazda Head of Fleet Steve Tomlinson said: “Historically special edition Mazda models have been excluded from our standard support terms to contract hire and leasing companies and subsequently have had less appeal to fleets.
“However, as we continue to move from fifth to sixth generation Mazda models with the launch of the all-new Mazda6 following the recent arrival of the Mazda CX-5, we decided that our support term agreements would now include special edition models.”
The Mazda MX-5 Kuro may prove to be one of the most popular models as the MX-5 is the worlds best selling two-seat convertible sports car.
The MX-5 Kuro is one of the newest special editions and it is based on the MX-5’s SE and Sport Tech trim levels. The Kuro comes available with a 124bhp 1.8 petrol and an even punchier 158bhp 1.6-litre petrol.
Mazda MX-5 Kuro prices start from just £18,495 on-the-road. Mazda vehicles are available from Perrys Mazda dealerships.
