According to the JD Power Dealer Satisfaction Survey, published in What Car? magazine, Jaguar dealerships are the favourites for customers who want to buy a new car.
Over 15,000 car drivers took part in the survey and named Jaguar as the best based on a wide range of factors including making an appointment, staff courtesy, cleanliness, prices, helpfulness of staff and the vehicle pick up experience.
In total Jaguar racked up a score of 86.1 per cent and a five-star rating, well above the industry average of 78.5 per cent.
The news will be popular with Perrys Jaguar of Huddersfield, which sells the entire range of Jaguar cars and can now boast to be part of the UK’s best network of car dealerships.
What Car? editor-in-chief Chas Hallett said: “The survey clearly shows that Jaguar dealers have the most friendly, helpful staff, and the best facilities and workmanship. Customer satisfaction is not just about the product, it’s about the whole package, and Jaguar is delivering.”
British-based Jaguar, which builds the Jaguar XK coupe and convertible, Jaguar XF executive saloon and Jaguar XJ luxury saloon in the UK, is one of the country’s most popular premium car manufacturers.
The brand will welcome the stunning new Jaguar F-Type, a spiritual successor to the legendary E-Type, in 2013.
The new Jaguar F-Type is a two-seat sports car in the tradition of the classic British convertibles and will be revealed for the first time in September at the Paris Motor Show.
Taking its styling cues from the Jaguar C-X75, a hybrid supercar that will itself go into production in extremely limited numbers by 2015.
