Jaguar F-Type

The upcoming two-seater F-Type is Jaguar’s highly anticipated and all-new sports car, which will hit the UK market during mid-2013.

Based on a shortened wheelbase of the four-seater XK convertible, the Jaguar F-Type will initially be sold exclusively as a soft-top convertible, but a hard-top coupe will eventually follow later in 2013.

Engine options for the F-Type are set to include a 250bhp 3.0-litre V6 petrol engine, which can be upgraded with 375bhp in supercharged form. There will also be a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 on range-topping models.

Engine options are limited to two four-cylinder petrol units, a 124bhp 1.8-litre unit connected to a five-speed manual gearbox, or a 157bhp 2.0-litre engine with a six-speed manual or auto transmission.

Alfa Romeo 4C

The Alfa Romeo 4C is a spectacular but also affordable new sports car which will arrive to the UK market during 2013.

The two-seater coupe has already received numerous awards at ceremonies for its impressive design. The Italian sports car also promises to be impressive behind the wheel, and will rival models including the Nissan 370Z and BMW Z4.

Renault Wind

The Renault Wind two-door and seat convertible is no longer on sale in Renault dealerships after it was removed from the range list back in February 2012.

However potential customers could get themselves a good deal on a used model by searching Perrys models online or by visiting the Perrys Renault dealership found in Aylesbury.

In return buyers will get a modern and boldly styled roadster with a one piece folding metal roof. The Renault Wind is actually based on the same platform as the nimble Twingo city car. Engine options include a 99bhp 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol unit and a 131bhp 1.6-litre petrol unit.

The 131bhp unit allows the Wind to cover 0-60mph in 8.9 seconds and gives a top speed of 125mph.
