Land Rover celebrates one millionth Discovery

When most people think about off-roaders, they think Land Rover – and they have every reason to.

Land Rover has earned a name for itself over the decades as a manufacturer that produces some of the world’s most capable off-road vehicles.

To celebrate its one millionth Land Rover Discovery 4 produced at its Solihull plant, Land Rover has created a fun new video that is in touch with its all-terrain legacy.

The video is a mixture of off-road footage of the Discovery model and a little insight into 4×4’s production process.

The Land Rover Discovery 4 uses a punchy 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine that produces 255bhp; which gives it that much needed push when climbing steep inclines.

As well as having the appeal of a best in class off-roader, the Discovery 4 also offers a range of different equipment packs, ultimately giving it an executive feel, yet further enhancing its off-road appeal.

For example, the Luxury Pack HSE adds a premium Harman sound system with 17 speakers, adjustable steering wheel, electric sunroof and xenon cornering headlights.

Land Rover Discovery 4 prices start from just £38,825.
