With the new 62 registration due to launch in September, Peugeot has also announced that over 7,000 orders have been taken so far for its new 208 model. Launched in June, new Peugeot 208 prices start from as low as £9,995.
The Just Add Fuel plan lets people has been extended so buyers can beat inflation changing budgets. Guaranteed insurance and other costs are fixed for a three-year period, no matter what, to give new car buyers peace of mind.
Current Just Add Fuel offers are available for the Peugeot 107, the Peugeot 208, the 308 Allure, the 3008 Allure and the 5008 Allure.
With the new 62 registration taking effect soon, Peugeot is hoping that a new generation of younger drivers take the Just Add Fuel incentive, with the scheme available for a number of the brand’s hatchbacks, SW estates, people-carriers, saloons, small MPVs, coupé cabriolets, sports coupés and crossovers.
The new Peugeot 208 is a supermini with a lot of interior room, low CO2 emissions, better fuel economy and more. Buyers have ten petrol and diesel engines to choose from with the 208, with CO2 outputs from 87g/km (diesel) and from 99g/km with the new 3-cyl petrol engines.
Just last month the Peugeot 208 GTi concept debuted at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Peugeot has yet to confirm production of the car, with rumours abound that the company is looking to gauge consumer reaction to the 208 before it makes any decisions.
