Perrys Kia: ‘The best customer service I have ever had’

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but for one Perrys customer it has led to rave reviews of the dealership and the staff.

Mr Radcliffe popped into the Perrys Kia dealership in Burnley earlier this month and drove away with his very own Kia Cee’d five-door hatchback.

After choosing the 1.6-litre diesel model – a model returning up to 65.7mpg in Cee’d 1 specification – he took the time to praise the Perrys dealership and its staff for finding him his ideal car.

He said: “I can honestly say that I cannot praise Alan Smalley and James enough. They knew it was a big purchase for me and my wife and were concerned that we got the perfect car for us.

“I cannot speak highly enough about the way we were dealt with. The best customer service I have ever had!”

He described how both the sales person and manager at the dealership ‘could not have been more helpful’ in arranging a test drive and explaining exactly the paperwork involved.

He added: “I could make a totally informed decision on what I took out and what I did not. I was contacted regularly between ordering and delivery so I knew what was happening and when I arrived to take delivery the instruments in the car were fully explained.

“Nothing was too much trouble.”

After describing the staff at the dealership as ‘a credit to Perrys and Kia’, he added a big thank you to the dealership and promised to recommend it to all of his friends and family.

It was just another example of Perrys’ drive to improve customer service across its dealerships and an example of how honesty and taking the time to listen to a customer’s needs can ensure the customer gets the best possible car.
