Available in selected dealerships, the new Citroen C1 will cost £6,995 for all models ordered before 31 March 2012, including new 12-plate Citroen cars.
The Citroen Reward is available on a selection of Citroen C1 models including the three-door, 1.0-litre petrol model delivering fuel economy of 68.2mpg and road tax-free CO2 emissions levels of 99g/km.
The revamped 2012 Citroen C1 has been updated in time for the new 12-plates introduced from 1 March this year and the compact hatchback now comes with a new front bumper, Led running lights and, for the first time on a Citroen C1 model, Electronic Stability Control as standard.
The new Citroen C1 offers mean even the highest-spec models, including alloy wheels, air conditioning and an MP3 player, fall below the £10,000 price tag.
In preparation for the new 12-plates, Citroen will also offer discounts on some of its other popular new cars in the UK.
For example, the Citroen C3 supermini now comes with nearly £2,000 discount to bring the price below £10,000.
Meanwhile, the Citroen Nemo Multispace compact MPV is available from £11,945 after a £500 Citroen Reward is taken into account.
Other models, such as the Citroen C4 hatchback and the Citroen C4 Picasso MPV, are available with no VAT for a limited period of time, Citroen has announced.
Alongside the discounted new Citroen cars, the French manufacturer has introduced leasing deals on other cars in its range, including the Citroen C3 Picasso MPV and the popular Citroen DS3 and Citroen DS4 lines.
The offers will run during the first month of the new 12-plates in the UK once they are introduced on 1 March to Citroen UK dealership.
