Jaguar’s new 2.2-litre diesel XF model, the cheapest Jaguar in the entire range, will benefit from two new trim levels, the SE Business and the Sport.
The new trim levels add extra equipment and interior materials to the XF model based on the new 2.2-litre 163bhp engine added to the range late last year.
As a base entry level trim the Jaguar XF already offers features such as stop-start system, DAB digital radio and leather/suede cloth upholstery.
The first new trim level is called the SE Business and it adds satellite navigation, a seven inch touch screen and a HDD mapping. This trim features exactly what it says on the tin, useful features for someone who needs a car for business, hence the sat nav for cross country trips.
The second trim is called the Sport and it includes features the aerodynamic pack that debuted on the Diesel S model. This includes exterior changes including a revised bumper, side sill extensions, rear boot lid spoiler and a distinctive black grille.
Interior features of the Sport trim include half leather suede cloth seats, Piano black centre console trim, stainless steel foot pedals and a rear view camera for reversing.
Prices for the SE Business model start from £31,500 and prices for the Sport model start from £34,950.
The Jaguar XF 2.2-litre 163bhp diesel is already a popular car with businesses after it was voted
BusinessCar award for ‘Executive Car of the Year’ by readers of the fleet-focused website.
