The dealership in Parkgate, Rotherham will be holding a two day event in Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th February in honour of the first ever European Chevrolet MPV.
Staff at Perrys Rotherham will provide snacks and refreshments and the event will include a free prize draw to win a ‘fantastic prize’.
Customers will be given the opportunity to drive the new Orlando, the seven-seat people carrier featuring sporty, SUV-like looks.
Sales Manager at Perrys Rotherham, Howard Brown, said: "As you can appreciate demand for this fantastic new car has already been overwhelming, so we are expecting an extremely busy weekend."
The bold design of the Chevrolet MPV represents a new look for the large people carrier market. Featuring chunky wheel arches and Chevrolet’s new look front face and grille, the
Orlando MPV comes with a choice of petrol or frugal diesel engines.
The Chevrolet Orlando is one of several new Chevrolet cars to arrive this year as the US car maker attempts to revamp its line up and increase its share of the UK market.
Alongside the Chevrolet launch, the dealership will introduce the new facelifted Vauxhall Corsa, one of the most eagerly anticipated cars of 2011.
A perennial favourite with UK buyers, the Corsa supermini has received some exterior and interior styling upgrades, new equipment and more efficient engines, including Vauxhall’s low-CO2 ecoFLEX range.
The Corsa also comes with new exterior colours, including lime green, orange and ‘sunny’ melon – a nod to the 1990s when the car was synonymous with loud, vibrant colours.
Both the Chevrolet Orlando and new Vauxhall Corsa will be available to test drive at the Rotherham dealership this weekend.
