The high-performance VXR8 complete with 417ps, 6.0-litre V8 motor will be showcased at the festival alongside supercars, bikes and motorsport legends.
These include Formula One racing drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button, motorbike legend Neil Hodgson and rally-driver Miki Biasion.
The VXR8 will feel at home in the festival of speed, the current model can reach 60mph from standing in 4.9 seconds and then stop in 36 metres. The four-door muscle car features alloy wheels and independent rear suspension controlled by electronic active safety control.
Visitors to the festival will be able to see the sporty exterior up close, including the sports frille, wide lower air intake and twin-post rear wing spoiler.
The VXR8 will appear alongside classic Vauxhall models such as the Vauxhall Firenza ‘Baby Bertha’ touring car at the show, which runs from 2-4 July at the famous Goodwood Circuit.
Starting from just £35,105, the VXR8 has made its name as a high-performance car with a vast amount of room inside without the hefty price tag of some of its rivals.
